Frankfurt/Main, 26.08.2024 – Behrendt GmbH, a leading installation service provider for the implementation of modern electrical, communication and security solutions in large new commercial and residential buildings in the Hamburg metropolitan area, has been sold to the viataurus Group, a portfolio company of financial investor Ufenau Capital Partners, as part of a succession solution. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
A CMS team headed by partner Dr. Joachim Dietrich advised the shareholder of Behrendt GmbH on all legal aspects of this transaction.
