Dela Herr advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including corporate transactions and personnel-related restructuring measures. She has particular expertise in works council matters, including negotiating works agreements, as well as the use of external personnel and international employment relations, including remote work. Dela also advises on employment and service contracts, terminations and settlement agreements.
Dela joined CMS in 2022, after having specialised in employment law during her legal clerkship.
