Frankfurt/Main, 04.11.2024 – The Biersack Group, a leading system supplier in Germany for the automotive, aircraft and semiconductor industries, among others, was acquired by Peter Möhrle Holding and LR Pure Systems GmbH, which specializes in the development of high-tech solutions for ultra-high purity gas and fluid systems. With the acquisition of the Biersack Group, LR Pure Systems is further expanding its expertise in the field of machining. Peter Möhrle Holding pursues the goal of long-term value enhancement and invests in both companies and real estate projects.
A CMS team led by partner Dr Joachim Dietrich provided comprehensive legal support to the shareholders of the Biersack Group during the sale.
