Munich, 05.11.2024 – The CERATIZIT Group has acquired a minority interest in Spanflug Technologies GmbH. The strategic investment is intended to promote synergies in product development, sales and internationalization.
A CMS team led by Dr. Jessica Mohaupt-Schneider provided Spanflug with comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of the investment. The company regularly relies on the expertise of CMS. Spanflug was part of CMS's own start-up support program equIP, which the company has since successfully outgrown. With this program, CMS aims to support start-ups and young, innovative companies in the digital and tech sectors. To this end, CMS provides the companies with comprehensive legal advice on an equal footing.
