Marielouise Emmer advises financial investors, strategic investors as well as growth-oriented companies and groups on M&A, venture capital and growth capital transactions. She also advises her clients on management and employee stakes and general corporate law issues and supports technology and ESG start-ups in the context of the CMS equIP programme.

Marielouise joined CMS in 2022 from a commercial law firm where she had started her legal career in 2020.
