CMS advises Versicherungskammer Group on acquisition of "Overture" office building in Frankfurt

Stuttgart – The Versicherungskammer Group has acquired the "Overture" office building in Frankfurt am Main. The property at Junghofstraße 13–15 stands out with its prime location in the heart of Frankfurt’s financial district and its stable cash flow from a tenant with a strong credit rating. The office building has a total floor area of 7,320 square metres and is leased exclusively to Commerzbank AG on a long-term lease. It is LEED Platinum certified and therefore meets the highest international sustainability standards. The building is also part of Frankfurt’s high-rise development plan and is therefore important for the long-term development of the city’s image.
