Helge Rieckhoff advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital transactions and joint ventures. He also regularly advises on complex restructurings and general corporate law matters.

He also advises selected start-ups through the CMS equIP programme.

Helge Rieckhoff started practicing as a lawyer in 2009 and worked for the commercial law firms Hengeler Mueller and Raue LLP before joining CMS in 2019. He is also a venture capital lecturer at the University of Leipzig. He has been a counsel since 2022.
