Amelie Schäfer advises German and international companies and groups on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients in court and out of court and advises companies during their negotiations with works councils. Alongside agile working and organisational forms, Amelie also specifically focusses on HR and external personnel compliance matters, particularly the deployment of external personnel within companies, the set-up of respective compliance systems and processes as well as negotiations with authorities.
Amelie Schäfer joined CMS Duesseldorf in 2013 and became a partner in 2021.
