Anke Clippingdale accompanies legal due diligences in national and international M&A transactions, for both buy and sell side, in the key area of commercial law. She also applies her long-standing experience in this area to contract standardisation projects.
Anke joined CMS in 2020. Prior to that, she worked for four years as a corporate legal manager with a focus on the drafting and management of contracts.
