Constantin von Wangenheim advises German and international companies on all questions and aspects of corporate law. He focuses on the law of German limited liability companies (GmbH) and stock corporations (Aktiengesellschaft), as well as capital market law. He also advises companies on restructurings under the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz), such as mergers, divisions and changes of legal form.

Constantin joined CMS in 2018 and was appointed as counsel in 2025.
