Daniel Ricker advises both German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His practice covers disputes (in and out of court) as well as individual and collective employment agreements, with a focus on advising companies on the cross-border deployment of personnel, in particular with respect to international employees in Germany. He handles all residence, employment and social security law matters as well as representation before authorities and courts.

Daniel also specialises in HR and external personnel compliance, in particular structuring the deployment of external staff and representing companies in corresponding official and court proceedings.

Daniel joined CMS in 2021.
