Dieu Hong Mai is widely experienced in acquisition and project finance, acting for banks and financial institutes as well as for companies. She also advises on syndicated loans and the finance law aspects of domestic as well as international transactions.

After starting her legal career in 2015 with a German commercial law firm, Dieu Hong joined CMS in 2019. In 2026, she was designated as Counsel.

  • 2012 - 2014: Trainee lawyer at Berlin Higher Regional court including placements at an international US firm in Hanoi and a German commercial law firm in Berlin
