Dominik Seehawer advises companies on all matters relating to civil and commercial law. His main area of expertise is litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals. He specialises in complex disputes relating to product liability and warranty law. One particular focus is on pharmaceutical liability law. His clients are primarily companies in mechanical and plant engineering, the supplier industry, the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors and in retail.
