With a focus on employment law, Edris Trabzadah concentrates on vendor and buy-side M&A due diligence in domestic as well as cross-border transactions. His practice also covers compliance, assisting with internal investigations.
Edris joined CMS in 2018 as a legal consultant. While still a student, he gained corporate experience in the HR department of a major automotive supplier.
