Stuttgart – A subsidiary of KCE Electronics Public Limited (KCE Electronics), which is listed on the Thai stock exchange, has acquired all shares in KCE Printed Circuit Boards GmbH, with its registered office in Geretsried. KCE Electronics is pursuing its global growth strategy with this strategic acquisition.
A CMS team led by partner Dr Tobias Schneider and senior associate Dr Maximilian Eitelbuß has advised on all legal aspects of the transaction. The transaction is currently awaiting approval.
KCE Electronics has been listed on the Thai stock exchange since 1988. The company's core business is the manufacture and sale of customised printed circuit boards (PCBs), which are produced from copper clad laminate under the KCE brand. KCE Electronics supplies international customers in the automotive and electronics industries.
