Felix Glocker advises companies of various sizes from start-ups to listed corporations on legal issues related to technology. He focusses on data protection law, providing clients with comprehensive support on the GDPR and representing them before authorities and courts. Felix has particular experience in drafting contracts under data protection law. Based on his broad technical know-how, he is also a competent partner for developers ensuring that data protection is considered from the outset during product development.
In addition, Felix has in-depth knowledge of US data protection law, which was also the topic of his PhD thesis. He also gained extensive experience in securing international data flows in the aftermath of the ECJ's Schrems II ruling, advising on the data protection-compliant implementation of business processes, IT systems and websites as well as the implementation of employee data protection in companies. Beyond data protection, he deals with IT contracts (including SaaS contracts).
