Gwendolyn Heinzke specialises in public law, with a focus on procurement, energy, construction, environmental and planning law. She has special procurement expertise, advising bidders and contracting authorities on all aspects of procurement law, including review procedures. Gwendolyn also has in-depth experience with energy, infrastructure and digital infrastructure projects and transactions, advising project developers on complex approval and planning procedures, performing due diligence reviews and representing companies in administrative proceedings and administrative court proceedings. Her clients include energy companies (listed companies, start-ups, grid operators) with a focus on renewable energy project development in Germany and abroad.
