Hatice Akyel’s practice covers real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate loans as well as asset finance. She mainly advises banks, sponsors and borrowers on developing finance structures, drafting and negotiating financing and collateral agreements as well as preparing legal opinions.

Hatice joined CMS in 2017 and is Counsel since 2023.
