Herbert Wiehe is an expert banking and finance lawyer. Alongside his long-standing corporate finance work, his practice has – from the start – also focused on general banking law. Herbert in particular advises on big-ticket financing transactions (corporate, real estate, projects, acquisitions) and his clients include German and international investors and banks. He also represents banks and other financial service providers in related court cases.
