Laura Christin Stein joined CMS and the Corporate / M&A team in 2016. Prior to that, she worked for other German and international law firms. She was named partner in 2024.

She advises clients on both the sell and buy side in domestic and and cross-border M&A transactions and focusses on private equity and joint venture transactions as well as on corporate reorganisations. Her clients include financial and strategic investors as well as medium-sized companies.

In recent years, Laura Christin has worked on a large number of complex transactions, in particular bidding processes, in various sectors. Alongside her particular focus on real estate transactions, she has expertise advising on transactions in the industry, life sciences, healthcare / medical devices and the automation and robotics sector.
