Lena Schauer specialises in real estate law and real estate financing, working for German and international clients on real estate transactions (asset deals/share deals) and project developments. She advises investors, project developers, banks and borrowers on financing structures and drafts and negotiates financing and security documents. Lena’s practice also covers the legal aspects of asset management as well as commercial leases.

Lena joined CMS in 2024.
