Martin Maurer specialises in legal issues related to purchasing, production and distribution. He advises manufacturers and dealers on distribution systems and the associated antitrust aspects, among other things. He also drafts distribution, purchasing, supply and franchise agreements for his clients and assists them in the event of a dispute in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement or defence of claims.
Martin began his legal career at CMS in 2018 and moved to the compliance department of a large service group in 2021. He returned to the law firm in 2023. He was named Counsel in 2025.
