Nathalie Rieß advises German and international companies and groups on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on co-determination and works constitution law. She handles employment law aspects in corporate transactions and restructurings and drafts related contracts.
Nathalie furthermore focusses on advising HR and legal departments on employment law compliance matters, including carrying out internal investigations and developing non-discriminatory and long-term remuneration systems.
Nathalie joined CMS in 2022 after three years with one of the leading commercial law firms in central Germany.
