Nora Zabel advises German and international companies on M&A transactions, capital measures, joint ventures and restructurings as well as on general corporate law matters. She also specialises in venture capital, financing rounds and exits.

In addition to medium-sized companies, her clients include start-ups and scale-ups, corporate venture capital investors and financial investors in Germany and abroad.

Nora Zabel joined CMS in 2018 and was appointed counsel in 2024. In 2023, she completed a master’s degree in M&A with an Executive Master of Business Administration. She also teaches business law at the University of Muenster.
