With deep insight and expertise, Peter Endres advises his clients on all legal aspects of procurement, production and distribution and also represents them in court in this field.
His distribution practice in particular covers setting up selective distribution, franchise and authorised dealer as well as online and multichannel systems. In the context of commercial agent agreements and supply and purchasing contracts his clients specifically benefit from his strong negotiating skills. He also advises on production and distribution related advertising, competition and trademark law matters.
Peter’s second focus is the legal issues surrounding the handling and management of technology and know-how: he advises his clients on technology transfer, on licence, research and development agreements as well as on protecting know-how and intellectual property.
Peter has special expertise in mechanical and plant engineering sector and assists companies with contracts for the sale or purchase of manufacturing plants or energy and heating generating facilities.
Peter joined CMS in 1994 and has been a partner since 2001.
