Munich – Edenred Deutschland GmbH has partnered with Belonio GmbH, a digital platform for employee benefits in small and medium-sized enterprises, as a minority shareholder and strategic partner for sales and development. This will enable Edenred to expand the range of products available to its customers by adding a digital benefit management platform. Going forward, Edenred’s product solutions will be available on Belonio’s extensive platform.
A CMS team headed by Richard Mitterhuber and Astrid Roesener advised Edenred on all legal aspects of the deal.
