Philine-Luise Pulst advises and represents companies at the intersection of anti-counterfeiting, IP enforcement, competition law, and ESG and life sciences regulation. Her particular focus is on enforcing trademark, design, and patent rights; combating illegal parallel imports; and developing legally sound strategies against greenwashing.
A key area of her practice is the strategic enforcement of intellectual property rights in international markets. She coordinates complex cross-border IP enforcement projects, oversees border seizures of counterfeit products, and provides comprehensive support for seizure proceedings from customs, civil, and criminal law perspectives. She assists companies in effectively enforcing their rights against product counterfeiting, unfair distribution practices, and infringements of trademark, design, and patent law.
At the same time, Philine-Luise Pulst advises on competition law with a particular focus on ESG, sustainability-related advertising, and the avoidance of greenwashing risks. She develops robust solutions for legally compliant advertising and business practices and assists companies in harmonizing regulatory requirements with market communications – both proactively and in the context of disputes.
Another key area of her practice is regulatory counsel in the life sciences sector. She advises companies on issues of product compliance, product labeling, packaging, market access, and sales-related regulatory requirements. In addition, she advises on product liability, particularly in regulated markets with heightened compliance requirements.
Her key industry areas include pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer goods, animal feed, food, household products, cosmetics, and plant protection products.
