Sven Groschischka advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on issues relating to works constitution law, in particular in the negotiation of works agreements, also in conciliation committees. Sven Groschischka has particular expertise in the structuring of early retirement models for employees close to retirement.

Sven started his legal career in 2018 at an international law firm in Berlin and joined CMS in 2019. In 2024 he became Counsel.
