Vanessa Renter focuses on private construction and architects law as well as on complex construction and renovation projects. She drafts and negotiates planning and construction contracts and advises clients during the construction process and on claim management. Vanessa’s clients include major German and international companies in the real estate and building sector, medium-sized construction companies as well as architects, engineers and project managers whom she also represents in court and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Vanessa joined CMS in 2018 and was appointed as counsel in 2024.
