Victoria Kaule advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law. The focus of her practice is advising on restructurings, outsourcings and downsizings. This includes, among other things, preparing and conducting negotiations on reconciliations of interests, social compensation plans and transition agreements as well as advising on the adjustment of structural collective bargaining agreements, on the harmonization of working conditions and on measures such as mergers and spin-offs according to the UmwG.

She also regularly advises on the establishment and termination of employment relationships and service agreements and represents companies before the labor courts.

Victoria Kaule joined CMS in 2016 and has been a counsel since 2023.
