Viola Syska advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, also in connection with cross-border work assignments. Alongside providing ongoing advice to HR managers, she represents her clients in related court proceedings.

Viola joined CMS in 2021. She has been Counsel since her appointment in 2026.
