This e-learning covers the basics of antitrust investigations by competition authorities – also known as “Dawn Raids”. It comprises information on the scope and limits of a Dawn Raid including IT investigations, the competences of the investigators as well as practical advice for the persons affected by a dawn raid. 

The e-learning programme is aimed at all company employees who could be questioned in the event of a search by the competition authorities.
