Chapter 9 – Enforcement and implementation of the Data Act

In these two episodes, you will learn how the Data Act is enforced at the EU level, and the role of national authorities. We explain the responsibilities, appeal procedures and sanctions, including those applicable to companies outside the EU. We also demonstrate how Germany is implementing the Data Act and the powers that will be granted to the German Federal Network Agency in this regard.
