CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre appoints new Supervisory Board

At their Share holder’s Meeting of 21 June 2012, the partners of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre appointed Jean Guilmoto, Laurent Hepp, Nicolas de Sevin and Pierre-Sébastien Thill to the Supervisory Board, each for a three-year term. They will sit alongside Christophe Lefaillet and Laurent Mion, whose terms expire in June 2013.

On 26 June, the new Supervisory Board elected Mr Thill as Chairman and Mr Guilmoto as Vice-Chairman.

Jean Guilmoto, 60, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1978 and was elected Partner in 1987. He was Managing Director from 2000 to 2004. Specialised in tax law, Mr Guilmoto holds a Master 1 degree in accounting and finance from Université de Grenoble (1977) and is Chevalier de l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques.

Laurent Hepp, 44, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre’s tax law department in 1992 and was elected Partner in 2004. Specialised in tax law, Mr Hepp graduated from ESC Lyon (now called EMLYON Business School) in 1990. He holds a Master’s degree in business law from Université de Paris II-Assas (1991) and an LLM from the London School of Economics (1992).

Nicolas de Sevin, 54, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1983 and was elected Partner in 1989. He was a member of the Supervisory Board from 2003 to 2004 and a member of the Management Board from 2004 to 2005. Mr de Sevin is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1981) and holds a post-graduate degree in labour law from Université Paris II (1983). He specialises in labour law.

Pierre-Sébastien Thill, 56, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1984 and was elected Partner in 1993. He was a member of the Management Board from 2000 to 2004 and served as Chairman of the Management Board from 2004 to 2012. He was also Chairman of the CMS Executive Committee from 2003 to 2008 and a member of the Executive Committee from 2008 to 2012. Specialised in international tax law, Mr Thill holds a post-graduate – DJCE legal advisor degree in business law from Université d’Aix-Marseille.
