CMS Francis Lefebvre advised Zehnder Group, a listed company specializing in ventilation, cooling, heating and air purification, on the acquisition of a 75% majority stake in Caladair International, a company specializing in the marketing of energy-efficient air handling units and thermodynamic systems. This acquisition enables the Zehnder Group to strengthen its presence in the field of multi-family and commercial buildings.
