Emilie joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2011. She works on employment law and on individual work relations, in particular, including drafting employment contracts, managing workplace health issues (disability, psychosocial risks, etc.), harassment and discrimination, implementation of disciplinary sanctions and dismissal procedures (for personal and economic reasons), breach of contract and negotiation and preparation of settlement agreements.
She also works on collective relations including issues related to managing employee representative organisations, workplace elections, strikes, restructuring, dismissal procedures, mass redundancy procedures, the preparation of collective bargaining agreements, variable compensation policies, employee savings plans, audits, etc. She also handles relations with the URSSAF (social security) including assisting companies with audits, preparing responses to letters of observation, contesting receivership before the Commission de Recours Amiable (the URSSAF Arbitration Committee), then before the competent courts.
