What has been a highlight in your work so far?
Leading on projects such as induction processes for new joiners and expanding our L&D offering globally, have been huge highlights for me. Through my role I’ve been able to meet and collaborate with a wide range of partners, lawyers and business service teams for different L&D initiatives, thus raising my profile and creating a trusted advisor status.
