Why did you choose CMS?
The more I found out about CMS, the more positive I became. Everything I read was positive about the way CMS operates and supports its staff. I had never worked for a law firm or in one which operated a partnership model which also interested me. Finally, of course the role that was being recruited for, and whether I felt I could add real value and have an impact.
What has been a highlight in your work so far?
Getting to meet all my new colleagues, albeit completely virtually, working in a business which operates in a transparent, consistent and thoughtful manner, and seeing the positive impact CMS has as part of it’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.
How has CMS helped with your career development?
Offering me lots of alternative training and development option and especially through lockdown, making sure there was appropriate support available when I felt I needed it.
