Anne is a partner in the Finance Group. Her practice covers various industry sectors with a main focus on telecoms, media and technology.

Being deeply immersed in the TMC sector, Anne is the global co-head of the telecoms group, a member of the steering committee of the Digital Infrastructure International Focus Group and a co-leader of the CMS quantum task force.  She regularly meets with leading industry figures, represents CMS at TMC sector events, acts as a thought leader on developments affecting the industry and regularly publishes to this effect. Her recent focus in frontier tech including satellite and space tech and quantum technologies means that she is at the forefront of a subsector attracting large government, regulators and key economic players (like financial services actors) attention including for sovereignty and defence purpose.

Anne’s experience to find structures to bank new type of assets in the TMC sector, often with the challenge of heavily regulated environments, is one that she brings over to other type of financings and sectors for solution focus delivery. Translating this skillset, she is advising banks, fund lenders, sponsors and companies on varied products from loans to letters of credit.

Anne is also qualified PRINCE 2 project manager, focusing on project and budget management technique as well as the use of innovation to ensure efficient of transactional management.
