Relevant experience

  • 2 Aldermanbury Square, London: Advised GPE on its largest office development to date, including the pre-letting of the entire 321,100 sq ft of office space to the international law firm Clifford Chance. The net zero carbon development, which completed in June 2026, delivers expanded public amenities including new retail space. Clifford Chance has taken leases of the lower ground to twelfth floors at an initial rent of approximately £25 million per annum.
  • 50 Finsbury Square, London: Led the acquisition and comprehensive refurbishment of this landmark building for GPE, with sustainability and wellbeing at its heart. Managed the subsequent pre-letting of the entire building to Inmarsat Global Limited and its forward sale for £190 million to overseas investors.
  • Rathbone Square, London: Advised GPE on the acquisition, development, and letting of this office and retail space which also included a new public square. The entire 228,000 sq ft office component was pre-let to Facebook, which also entered into a conditional agreement for additional space and rights of first refusal over GPE’s neighbouring buildings. Subsequently led the forward funding and sale to DEKA for £425 million.
  • Wells & More and 1 Newman Street, London: Handled two major GPE disposals in quick succession: the sale of the mixed-use Wells & More development at 45 Mortimer Street for £172 million, and the sale of 1 Newman Street for £250 million following its acquisition and comprehensive redevelopment.
  • 10 South Crescent, London: Advised on the acquisition of a new 155-year headlease interest from the City of London Corporation for £51 million.
  • 63 Coleman Street, London: Advised CLI Dartriver on the acquisition, development, and recent pre-letting of the entire building to a global provider of financial market infrastructure services.
  • Radisson Blu Hotel, Leicester Square, London: Advised CLI Dartriver, on behalf of a private family office, on the acquisition of this 127-room hotel from Starwood Capital Group for approximately £120 million.
  • Elephant Building, Oxford Street, London: Acted for Publica on pre-lettings at the former House of Fraser department store, including a 50,000 sq ft flexible office pre-let to General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity investor. Publica is transforming the landmark Art Deco building into a fully electric, 247,529 sq ft mixed-use destination comprising office, retail, and gym space, together with a new rooftop restaurant and terrace.
  • Blue Coast Capital: Leads the CMS team in the ongoing management of Blue Coast Capital’s UK portfolio. Currently advising on joint venture logistics projects and a high-profile proposed co-living development of 250 units in Shoreditch.
