Sean is an associate in the Real Estate Finance team in Sheffield. He advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including property investment and development finance, corporate lending, leveraged finance, and Islamic finance structures.
Sean has experience acting on transactions ranging from £500,000 to £150m, working with LMA-grade documentation across various deal types. He is experienced in cross-jurisdictional matters involving offshore SPVs and complex corporate structures, and has particular expertise in Shari’a-compliant financing arrangements including Murabaha and Ijara structures.
