Adam is an Associate in the Real Estate team at CMS, having qualified as a solicitor in February 2023. Adam assists clients with a wide range of commercial property matters, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals of commercial buildings, and general portfolio management. He trained at a boutique law firm, where he honed his skills in providing personalised legal solutions and developed a keen understanding of client needs in the real estate sector.
Adam addresses his clients’ challenges by delivering clear, strategic advice that helps them navigate the legal landscape efficiently. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his young family and is a passionate supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
