She regularly advises in the following areas:

• Extended producer responsibility in the UK, and across the EU dealing directly with global colleagues across CMS.
• Sustainability obligations on companies across the EU, including the impact of the European Green Deal and the UK’s sustainability policies. Areas of focus include the circular economy, forced labour, deforestation, ETS and CBAM, plastic and packaging laws, environmental taxes, and energy performance of buildings.
• Product compliance including labelling, eco-design requirements and product safety.
• Sustainability reporting requirements such as the impact of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
• Traditional environment liabilities including waste and regulatory compliance.
