Anuja is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering team. Anuja specialises in non-contentious construction matters across various procurement routes, drafting and negotiating industry standard contracts such as JCT and NEC as well as bespoke building contracts, trade contracts and consultant appointments in various construction and infrastructure sectors. Anuja also has experience negotiating and advising on industry standard and bespoke facilities management contracts for projects across the UK and Europe.
Anuja provides tailored advice for a wide range of construction clients, including developers, contractors, consultants and clients in the facilities management sector. Anuja works closely with the firm’s Real Estate Sector Group providing non-contentious advice across a number of sectors including retail, office and hotel developments, advising on the construction aspects of agreements for lease, development agreements and facility agreements.
