Charlotte West

Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Construction and Engineering team, specialising in non‑contentious construction matters. Charlotte advises on real estate development projects across a range of sectors, including large student accommodation schemes, central London office developments and complex mixed use schemes.  

As well as drafting and negotiating construction contracts, Charlotte has experience advising on the development obligations in funding agreements, agreements for lease, facility agreements and sale and purchase agreements. 

Relevant experience

  • Mitsubishi Estates on several major city office developments including 6/8 Bishopsgate (with development manager Stanhope) and the redevelopment of The London Studios (with development manager CO-RE). 
  • Great Portland Estate on various central London office and mixed use schemes. 
  • The Conle Family on a major office refurbishment scheme in London. 
  • Urbanest on several mixed-use student accommodation led developments in Central London, including the largest ‘Passivhaus” student accommodation scheme in Europe.
