Craig is Of Counsel in our Technology, Intellectual Property and Media team in Glasgow.
Craig advises extensively on all areas of technology law across the financial services and retail sectors. Craig specialises in large-scale, business-critical technology projects and also advises on intellectual property, sponsorship agreement and general commercial contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Craig was senior legal counsel in the NatWest Group’s Outsourcing, Technology and IP Legal Team, specialising in large-scale innovation and technology contracts, providing strategic support across the group’s full suite of technology, innovation, services and other commercial agreements. Craig was also previously corporate counsel at Cognizant, a worldwide provider of information technology services, where he provided legal and commercial advice on all aspects of IT infrastructure and business process outsourcing activities, specialising in the financial services and public sectors.
Craig is a regular speaker at industry events and has spoken at events hosted by the Law Society of Scotland, the Licensing and Executives Society and other professional bodies.
