Daniel is an Associate in the Financial Services team at CMS UK. He advises firms across the financial services ecosystem, including banks, investment firms, asset managers, data providers and FMIs on a range of regulatory matters, such as transaction reporting, cross-border issues, regulatory capital, client money and outsourcings. He has a particular interest in wholesale market regulation, market infrastructure, and product governance, including ESG regulation.
Daniel has spent time on secondment to Goldman Sachs, supporting the equities trading and indices business, and Nomura Asset Management, advising on fund distribution and marketing.
