For more than 20 years, Ernst-Markus Schuberth has been advising companies on M&A/private equity transactions and providing ongoing corporate law advice, mostly in an international context. His clients include large international groups as well as business leaders and financial institutions. Over many years of transaction advisory work, Ernst-Markus has gained special chemical, mechanical engineering and financial sector expertise. He also heads the CMS India Desk.

Ernst-Markus started his legal career with Baker & McKenzie in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. He joined CMS in 2004.
