Liz Game is a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy disputes team at CMS.

Liz advises on claims and disputes arising out of major construction and engineering projects across a range of sectors, including energy (offshore wind, hydroelectricity, waste to energy), infrastructure (transport, healthcare, education, highways) and commercial development (office, retail, mixed use).  She has also advised on matters relating to landmark buildings as well as luxury residential and hotel developments.

Her experience extends to working on all forms of dispute resolution (adjudication, litigation, mediation, arbitration) as well as providing live project advice to help clients effectively manage risk at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Prior to joining CMS, Liz worked in the London and Hong Kong offices of another leading international law firm.
