Lucy is a Senior Associate based in our Liverpool office. She has acted on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, with particular depth of experience in the retail, logistics and industrial sectors.
Lucy has a strong background in asset management work, primarily dealing with the management of various multi-let assets for investor clients. She has assisted on large scale acquisitions and disposals of logistics estates, shopping centres, retail parks and pub portfolios and has undertaken extensive property due diligence on high value corporate transactions.
